We dispatch the same day you order.

After it leaves us: 5–12 days to the European Union, 8–10 days to the United Kingdom, and 8–14 days to the United States and other destinations.

Standard shipping is free. A customs check can take longer.

Returns

In the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery.

In the United States and other destinations, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery.

Post it back. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. If it arrives faulty or not as described, we pay the return postage and refund the price.
