What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who is responsible
The store you are on decides what happens to your data. Its operator is the data controller for orders placed here.
What we collect
- Order details: the email address, name, delivery address and phone number you enter at checkout, plus what you ordered.
- Payment: card and wallet details are entered at PayPal and never reach our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, with the transaction reference.
- Usage: which pages you open, which product you look at, and whether you opened the contact channels. Used to fix broken steps and to measure whether an advert led to a visit.
- Technical: IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the request. Kept in server logs so we can block abuse and diagnose outages.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary: your cart and language choice. Without these the store cannot work, so they are always on.
- Measurement: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel record which pages you visit and what you buy. They let us see how a visit became an order.
- In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, measurement cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your mind at any time from the cookie link in the footer.
Why we use it
To take and ship your order, to answer your questions, to keep the store working, and to see which adverts bring real customers. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and consumer law requires. Server logs for a few weeks. Measurement data per the retention setting of each tool.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to a particular use. If you bought as a guest, write from the email address you used and we can find the order. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
